Who we are
Travis Parker trades as Website Design Yeovil and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email travis@tpcreates.com.
Enquiries and project work
When you contact us, we use your name, business name, contact details, website address and the project information you choose to provide to respond, prepare a quote and discuss your requirements. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If you become a client, we use the information needed to perform our agreement and meet our legal obligations.
The form’s privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list.
Website security
Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information in server logs to operate and protect the website. The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie, a security token and hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention. Rate-limit entries expire after one hour and are removed on a subsequent submission. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Optional analytics
Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics processes pseudonymous identifiers and information about pages viewed, device/browser characteristics, approximate location and successful enquiry submissions. This helps us understand and improve the website. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw using Cookie settings at any time.
We do not send your name, email, business name, project description or other form answers to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. See the cookie policy for storage details.
Who processes information
Our website and email hosting provider Krystal, its outgoing mail service MailChannels, and our email provider Google process information needed to deliver and manage enquiries. Google also provides optional Analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, applicable data-protection safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards, are required. See Google’s privacy policy and Krystal’s privacy policy for their processing information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customer projects are kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted, unless we need to retain particular information for a legal obligation or dispute. Client information is retained for the project and as necessary for ongoing services, accounting and legal obligations. Enquiries are held in email, not in a website enquiry database.
Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, without resetting on new activity. Analytics cookie durations are listed in the cookie policy. Google’s aggregated statistical reports can remain available after individual event data expires.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us to exercise these rights.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator.
Updates
We will update this notice when our processing changes. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
